This is our standard wholemeal loaf. Made

with a combination of organic wholemeal flour

flour & wholemeal purple wheat flour. It is

naturally a darker loaf & also contains, water, salt

& sourdough starter. Purple wheat is from the

family of ancient wheat’s similar to (rye & spelt)

& studies have show that purple wheat contains

high levels of anthocyanins and phenolic acids.

These compounds help neutralize free radicals

that cause cell damage linked to aging and disease.
