Creating our starter back in 2010, we baked from the back of a cafe for the first couple of years. We moved to our state of the art facility in southern Sydney in 2017, we love to push boundaries & fermentation which means that we produce a unique loaf & along with some creative varietals. We strive to produce the freshest & best products available & are proud to produce a world class sourdough using organic & local ingredients with no additives.
