Thoroughbread is an artisan bakery, for all bread & pastry lovers. Thoroughbread was born to sustain the need for naturally fermented breads & pastry hand made using the principals of old world techniques, producing organic natually fermented breads using only what the grain provides us & no additives.

Our goal is simply to produce the freshest & finest quality baked goods.

We hand make from scratch, a range of naturally fermented sourdough’s containing only, flour, water & salt, using the best organic & Australian ingredients we can source. We push the fermentation of our dough’s creating a unique result, without the use of commercial yeast, added improvers, added gluten or other dough conditioners. We also produce from scratch a small range of pastries, muffins & brioche. Again, our heart & soul, along with the finest ingredients are used.
