Country White Sourdough Batard


Where it all started (so to speak)

our organic plain sourdough is a blend

of kialla organic white & stoneground

wholemeal flours, along with the addition

of water, salt & of course sourdough

starter. We push the fermentation so

our loaf is naturally a softer loaf with a

thinner crust. It stays fresh for longer

& freezes well for those that don’t get

through a lot of bread. Enjoy!
