Saturday – can be ordered for retail pick up & open to public 8am – 12pm
Sunday – orders can be placed for collection between 8am – 10am

DELIVERY TIMES
All orders need to be placed by 3pm 2 days prior to delivery. Orders made after 3pm will be delivered on the next delivery day available. All orders are delivered anytime between 4am-4pm.
WHAT IF I’M NOT HOME FOR DELIVERY?
At the checkout, please leave clear delivery instructions of where to place your delivery if you will not be home.
DELIVERY TO APARTMENT BUILDINGS
We deliver to apartments, however please leave detailed instructions on where to leave your delivery. If there are no instructions, your delivery will be placed in the foyer of your building or on the front door step (depending on building access). Please ensure we have easy access to the front door.
THOROUGHBREAD ONLINE TERMS & CONDITIONS
ORDER POLICY
Orders need to be made online by 3pm, 2 days prior to delivery.
By placing an order online, you agree to adhere to these Terms & Conditions.
We may use your personal information such as phone number & email address to contact you to clarify anything about your order.
DELIVERY POLICY
Thoroughbread will deliver within a 25km radius of our bakery including Wollongong & Kiama which covers most of the Sydney Metropolitan area on the specific days, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. All orders are delivered anytime between 4am-4pm. Orders can be placed for collection at the bakery at 19 Monro Ave Kirrawee on Saturday’s & Sunday’s.
If your delivery address needs to be altered once your order is placed, please email us ASAP at orders@thoroughbreadbakery.com.au and we will do our best to get your order delivered to the new address. Thoroughbread accepts no responsibility for orders delivered to incorrect address due to customer error.
Thoroughbread accepts no liability for the loss or deterioration of any orders once they have been delivered. It is the customers responsibility to ensure there is a secure location where your delivery can be left, should you not be home.
Customers must get in contact with us via email orders@thoroughbreadbakery.com.au within 24 hours if they have received an incorrect order. Thoroughbread will take reasonable steps to rectify the situation by either replacing the products or offering store credit for your next order.
Failure to comply with these policies can result in no product replacement or store credit.
REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
We do not accept ‘change of mind’ refunds or returns.
If we are out of stock of your item, a full refund will be issued to the payment method you placed the order with.
THIRD PARTIES
We will endeavor to cover all deliveries with our own staff, but we may use a 3rd party courier if needed. You will be notified if this is the case & any extra charges & Insurance of Goods whilst in transit is the responsibility of the Customer.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Thoroughbread may make changes to this policy at any time. Our website will be updated and this policy should be reviewed by customers frequently.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If customers require to cancel their order, it must be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order. Please note we start production of our sourdough’s early the next day for delivery on the 2nd after ordering so any changes after this will not be possible.
DELIVERY:
What if I’m not home for delivery?
We will leave the order on your door step, packaged to protect it with the delivery instructions provided by the customer.
Please contact us if you think we may experience any difficulties delivering your order.

How much will delivery cost?
For orders over $40 delivery will be free of charge. For orders under $40 a delivery fee of $5 will be charged.
